xml:id="end_4"/>叉。<persName>佛</persName>及弟子般泥洹後，诸 <lb n="0001c18" ed="T"/>弟子虽种种名、姓出家，不速灭梵行。譬如杂 <lb n="0001c19" ed="T"/>华以线连之，置四衢道，四方风吹不能令散。何 <lb n="0001c20" ed="T"/>以故？线所持故。如是，舍利弗！三<persName>佛</persName>廣为弟子 <pb n="0002a" ed="T" xml:id="T22.1421.0002a"/> <lb n="0002a01" ed="T"/>说如上法，是故梵行所以久住。”</p><p xml:id="pT22p0002a0113" cb:place="inline">舍利弗白<persName>佛</persName> <lb n="0002a02" ed="T"/>言：“<persName>世尊</persName>！若以不廣说法、不结戒、不说波罗提 <lb n="0002a03" ed="T"/>木叉，梵行不久住者，唯愿<persName>世尊</persName>为诸弟子廣 <lb n="0002a04" n="0002a10" ed="T"/>识故，不生诸漏。”</p> <lb n="0002a11" ed="T"/><p xml:id="pT22p0002a1101">尔时<persName>世尊</persName>三月安居竟，便告阿难：“汝来，阿难！ <lb n="0002a12" ed="T"/>共至毘兰若所。”阿难受教，整衣服，从<persName>佛</persName>至其 <lb n="0002a13" ed="T"/>门下。时婆罗门在高楼上五欲自娱，遥见世 <lb n="0002a14" ed="T"/>尊即便忆悟，疾疾来下，拭席<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0002003" n="0002003"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_mod_0002003" n="0002003"/><anchor ed="T"/>痴！请<persName>佛</persName>及僧竟不供养，理应悔过！今当与众， <lb n="0002a19" ed="T"/>受汝忏悔！”又告婆罗门：“我圣法中，知忏悔者 <lb n="0002a20" ed="T"/>增长善法。”</p><p xml:id="pT22p0002a2005" cb:place="inline">彼婆罗门复白<persName>佛</persName>言：“愿<persName>佛</persName>及僧留 <lb n="0002a21" ed="T"/>住一月，受我供养！”<persName>佛</persName>不受<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0002005" n="0002005"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_mod_0002005" n="0002005"/><anchor xml:id="beg0002005" n="0002005"/>之<anchor xml:id="end0002005"/>，告言：“汝婆罗门 <lb n="0002a22" ed="T"/>异信、异见，但能请<persName>佛</persName>已是大事。”如是至三，<persName>佛</persName> <lb n="0002a23" ed="T"/>又不受，告言：“我已在此安居三月，今应遊行， <lb n="0002a24" ed="T"/>不得复住。”彼婆罗门复白<persName>佛</persName>言：“唯愿<persName>世尊</persName>受 <lb n="0002a25" ed="T"/>我明日饯送供养！”<persName>佛</persName>便默然受之。</p><p xml:id="pT22p0002a2514" cb:place="inline">时婆罗门 <lb n="0002007"/>日<anchor xml:id="end0002007"/>时已到，<persName>世尊</persName>与众弟子俱往就座。彼婆罗 <lb n="0002a28" ed="T"/>门即设所供，手自斟酌，食毕行水，以劫贝四 <lb n="0002a29" ed="T"/>张、革屣一<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0002008" n="0002008"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_mod_0002008" n="0002008"/><anchor xml:id="beg0002008" n="0002008"/>緉<anchor xml:id="end0002008"/>，奉上<persName>世尊</persName>；僧各两张、革屣一 <pb n="0002b" ed="T" xml:id="T22.1421.0002b"/> <lb n="0002b01" ed="T"/><anchor xml:id="fxT22p0002b01"/>緉，为安居施。诸比丘言：“<persName>佛</persName>未听我等受安居 <lb n="0002b02" ed="T"/>施。”以此白<persName>佛</persName>。<persName>佛</persName>种种赞歎少欲知足、赞戒、赞 <lb n="0002b03" ed="T"/>持戒已，告诸比丘：“因毘兰若，从今<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0002009" n="0002009"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_mod_0002009" n="0002009"/><anchor xml:id="beg0002009" n="0002009"/>已<anchor xml:id="end0002009"/>後，听 <lb n="0002b04" ed="T"/>受安居施。”即皆受之。于是婆罗门心大欢喜， <lb n="0002b05" ed="T"/>取小床于<persName>佛</persName>前坐，<persName>佛</persName>复为说随喜之偈：</p> <lb n="0002b06" ed="T"/><lg type="regular" xml:id="lgT22p0002b0601"><l>“一切天祠中，</l><l>奉侍火为最；</l> <lb n="0002b07" ed="T"/><l>一切异学中，</l><l>萨婆帝为最；</l> <lb n="0002b08" ed="T"/><l>一切众人中，</l><l>转轮王为最；</l> <lb n="0002b09" ed="T"/><l>一切众流中，</l><l>大海水为最；</l> <lb n="0002b10" ed="T"/><l>一切照明中，</l><l>日月光为最；</l> <lb n="0002b11" ed="T"/><l>天上天下中，</l><l><persName>佛</persName>福田为最。”</l></lg> <lb n="0002b12" ed="T"/><p xml:id="pT22p0002b1201">尔时<persName>世尊</persName>说此偈已，更为说法，示教利喜，从 <lb n="0002b13" ed="T"/>坐而起，向僧伽<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0002010" n="0002010"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_mod_0002010" n="0002010"/><anchor xml:id="beg0002010" n="0002010"/>尸<anchor xml:id="end0002010"/>国。辗转遊历，後之<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0002011" n="0002011"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_foreign_0002011" n="0002011"/>毘舍 <lb n="0002b14" ed="T"/>離，住猕猴河边<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0002012" n="0002012"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_mod_0002012" n="0002012"/><anchor xml:id="beg0002012" n="0002012"/><name role="" type="person">褈阁讲堂</name><anchor ed="T"/>见<persName>佛</persName><persName>世尊</persName>与无量众围绕说法。时彼众中有 <lb n="0002b19" ed="T"/>长者<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0002014" n="0002014"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_mod_0002014" n="0002015"/><name role="" type="person">须提那</name>，闻法欢喜，即作 <lb n="0002b20" ed="T"/>是念：“如我解<persName>佛</persName>所说，夫在家者，恩爱所缚，不 <lb n="0002b21" ed="T"/>得尽寿廣修梵行；出家无著，譬如虚空。我今 <lb n="0002b22" ed="T"/>寧可以家之信，出家修道。”众会各归，前至<persName>佛</persName> <lb n="0002b23" ed="T"/>所，顶礼<persName>佛</persName>足，白<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0002016" n="0002016"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_mod_0002016" n="0002016"/><anchor xml:id="beg0002016" n="0002016"/><persName>佛</persName><anchor xml:id="end0002016"/>言：“<persName>世尊</persName>！我向闻<persName>佛</persName>说法， <lb n="0002b24" ed="T"/>作如是念：‘如我解<persName>佛</persName>所说，夫在家者，恩爱所 <lb n="0002b25" ed="T"/>缚，不得尽寿廣修梵行；出家无著，譬如虚空。 <lb n="0002b26" ed="T"/>我今寧可以家之信，出家修道。’<persName>世尊</persName>！<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0002017" n="0002017"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_mod_0002017" n="0002017"/><anchor xml:id="beg0002017" n="0002017"/>我<anchor xml:id="end0002017"/>有是 <lb n="0002b27" ed="T"/>念，今欲出家，唯愿与我出家受戒！”</p><p xml:id="pT22p0002b2714" cb:place="inline"><persName>佛</persName>言：“甚 <lb n="0002b28" ed="T"/>善！汝父母听未？”答言：“未听。”<persName>佛</persName>言：“一切<persName>佛</persName>法， <lb n="0002b29" ed="T"/>父母不听，不得为道。”即白<persName>佛</persName>言：“我今当还，启 <pb n="0002c" ed="T" xml:id="T22.1421.0002c"/> <lb n="0002c01" ed="T"/>白父母。”<persName>佛</persName>言：“今正是时。”</p><p xml:id="pT22p0002c0110" cb:place="inline">于是<name role="" type="person">须提那</name>便从座 <lb n="0002c02" ed="T"/>起，右绕三迊，还家白父母言：“我闻<persName>佛</persName>法，在家 <lb n="0002c03" ed="T"/>缚著，今欲出家，廣修梵行。”父母答言：“止，须提 <lb n="0002c04" ed="T"/>那，莫作是语！吾先无子，祷祠神祇，仅而有汝。 <lb n="0002c05" ed="T"/>一子之爱，情念实重，死不相远，如何生離？汝 <lb n="0002c06" ed="T"/>家饶富，金银宝物恣汝修德，现世受乐。何用 <lb n="0002c07" ed="T"/>出家，夺吾情志？”苦请至三，父母不许。便从座 <lb n="0002c08" ed="T"/>起，住于别处，作是誓言：“若不得出家，终不复 <lb n="0002c09" ed="T"/>食，于此而死，何用徒生！”即便不食，至<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0002018" n="0002018"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_mod_0002018" n="0002018"/><anchor xml:id="beg0002018" n="0002018"/>于<anchor xml:id="end0002018"/>六 <lb n="0002c10" ed="T"/>日。</p><p xml:id="pT22p0002c1002" cb:place="inline">亲戚闻之，咸来<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0002019" n="0002019"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_mod_0002019" n="0002019"/><anchor xml:id="beg0002019" n="0002019"/>慰<anchor xml:id="end0002019"/>喩，言：“汝父母唯汝一 <lb n="0002c11" ed="T"/>子，爱念情重，死尙不远，况闻生離。汝家大富 <lb n="0002c12" ed="T"/>可以树德，道由于心，不在形服。何必伤生，苦 <lb n="0002c13" ed="T"/>违父母？”如是至三，默然不受。又<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0002020" n="0002020"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_mod_0002020" n="0002020"/><anchor xml:id="beg0002020" n="0002020"/>诸时<anchor xml:id="end0002020"/>友亦 <lb n="0002c14" ed="T"/>来谏之，苦言如上，亦复如是。各捨之去，至父 <lb n="0002c15" ed="T"/>母所，咸作是言：“如我所见，不可复转。若听出 <lb n="0002c16" ed="T"/>家，犹可时见；不乐道者，归来有期。绝餐六日， <lb n="0002c17" ed="T"/>馀命漏刻，数日之间，当弃中野，鸱乌吞啄，虎 <lb n="0002c18" ed="T"/>狼竞食。人父、人母胡寧忍此！”父母闻已，衔泪 <lb n="0002c19" ed="T"/>答言：“听子出家，修于梵行；但为我共要，时还 <lb n="0002c20" ed="T"/>相见。”亲友闻已，皆大欢喜，复至其所，语言：“汝 <lb n="0002c21" ed="T"/>父母已许汝出家，不忘时归，便得去矣！”须提 <lb n="0002c22" ed="T"/>那即大欢喜，至父母所，白言：“我今诣<persName>佛</persName>出家 <lb n="0002c23" ed="T"/>修道。”父母<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0002021" n="0002021"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_mod_0002021" n="0002021"/><anchor xml:id="beg0002021" n="0002021"/>悲<anchor xml:id="end0002021"/>泣，答言：“听汝出家，廣修梵行； <lb n="0002c24" ed="T"/>但勿忘要，时还见我。”</p><p xml:id="pT22p0002c2409" cb:place="inline">于是<name role="" type="person">须提那</name>拜辞父母， <lb n="0002c25" ed="T"/>绕三迊而去。还至<persName>佛</persName>所，顶礼<persName>佛</persName>足，白<persName>佛</persName>言：“世 <lb n="0002c26" ed="T"/>尊！父母已听，唯愿与我出家受戒！”<persName>佛</persName>言：“善 <lb n="0002c27" ed="T"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0002022" n="0002022"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_mod_0002022" n="0002022"/><anchor xml:id="beg0002022" n="0002022"/>来<anchor xml:id="end0002022"/>比丘，修诸梵行。我善说法，断一切苦。”<persName>佛</persName>说 <lb n="0002c28" ed="T"/>是已，<name role="" type="person">须提那</name>鬚发自落，袈裟著身，钵盂在手， <lb n="0002c29" ed="T"/>即成沙门得<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0002023" n="0002023"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_mod_0002023" n="0002023"/><anchor xml:id="beg0002023" n="0002023"/>具足戒<anchor xml:id="end0002023"/>。</p><p xml:id="pT22p0002c2909" cb:place="inline">出家未久，时世饑馑， <pb n="0003a" ed="T" xml:id="T22.1421.0003a"/> <lb n="0003a01" ed="T"/>诸比丘入城分卫<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0003001" n="0003001"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_mod_0003001" n="0003001"/><anchor xml:id="beg0003001" n="0003001"/>者<anchor xml:id="end0003001"/>，都无所获。<name role="" type="person">须提那</name>在闲 <lb n="0003a02" ed="T"/>静处，作是念：“今此饑馑，乞求难得，我所生处 <lb n="0003a03" ed="T"/>饮食豐乐；当将诸比丘还我本邑，<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0003002" n="0003002"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_mod_0003002" n="0003002"/><anchor xml:id="beg0003002" n="0003002"/>令<anchor xml:id="end0003002"/>得供养， <lb n="0003a04" ed="T"/>幷福度彼。”便从座起，与诸比丘还到本邑，住 <lb n="0003a05" ed="T"/>林树下。父母闻之，敕其妇言：“汝可莊严，如吾 <lb n="0003a06" ed="T"/>子在家所好服饰。”莊严既毕，父母将之同诣 <lb n="0003a07" ed="T"/>彼林。</p><p xml:id="pT22p0003a0703" cb:place="inline">时<name role="" type="person">须提那</name>见父母来，起迎问讯。父母语 <lb n="0003a08" ed="T"/>言：“汝何用毁形在林树间？可还捨道，在家修 <lb n="0003a09" ed="T"/>善。”白父母言：“不能捨道，还就下贱。”如是至三， <lb n="0003a10" ed="T"/>执心弥固。父母呜噎，捨之还家。<name role="" type="person">须提那</name>妇数 <lb n="0003a11" ed="T"/>日之中便有月水，即以白姑，姑欢喜言：“是有 <lb n="0003a12" ed="T"/>子相。”即敕莊严，如前服饰，父母复将共诣彼 <lb n="0003a13" ed="T"/>林。</p><p xml:id="pT22p0003a1302" cb:place="inline">时<name role="" type="person">须提那</name>问讯如上，父母复言：“汝何用毁 <lb n="0003a14" ed="T"/>形，在林树间受此风、<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0003003" n="0003003"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_mod_0003003" n="0003003"/><anchor xml:id="beg0003003" n="0003003"/>露<anchor xml:id="end0003003"/>、饥、寒困苦？汝家财富， <lb n="0003a15" ed="T"/>天下所知，但我私宝，积没人首，况父母物，孰 <lb n="0003a16" ed="T"/>能量计？汝可还家，恣意修善，现世受乐，後享 <lb n="0003a17" ed="T"/>福庆。”白父母言：“如子所见，五欲伤德，欢乐如 <lb n="0003a18" ed="T"/>电，忧苦延长，终不以此捐修梵行。”如是至三， <lb n="0003a19" ed="T"/>答启弥厉。父母复言：“尔虽吾子，今为释种，违 <lb n="0003a20" ed="T"/>我以道，夫复何言？但祖宗<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0003004" n="0003004"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_mod_0003004" n="0003004"/><anchor xml:id="beg0003004" n="0003004"/>辍祠<anchor xml:id="end0003004"/>，人伦<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0003005" n="0003005"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_mod_0003005" n="0003005"/><anchor xml:id="beg0003005" n="0003005"/>情<anchor xml:id="end0003005"/>重， <lb n="0003a21" ed="T"/>王宪嗣绝，财物没官，吾备之矣！汝岂不知，馀 <lb n="0003a22" ed="T"/>愿所期在汝续种，汝其<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0003006" n="0003006"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_mod_0003006" n="0003006"/><anchor cb:place="inline">其妇月满生子聪达，名曰<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0003013" n="0003013"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_mod_0003013" n="0003013"/><anchor xml:id="beg0003013" n="0003013"/>续种<anchor xml:id="end0003013"/>，年大 <lb n="0003a29" ed="T"/>出家成阿罗汉。</p><p xml:id="pT22p0003a2907" cb:place="inline">时<name role="" type="person">须提那</name>犯此恶已，即自悔 <pb n="0003b" ed="T" xml:id="T22.1421.0003b"/> ed="T"/>犯何罪？”答言：“我共本二作不净行。”诸比丘言： <lb n="0003b06" ed="T"/>“汝所作不善，非淸净行，非沙门法，不随顺道！”种 <lb n="0003b07" ed="T"/>种诃责如<persName>佛</persName>所说诃责已，将至<persName>佛</persName>所，以事白 <lb n="0003b08" ed="T"/><persName>佛</persName>。<persName>佛</persName>以是事集比丘僧，诸<persName>佛</persName>常法：知而故问， <lb n="0003b09" ed="T"/>知而不问；知时问，非时不问；有益问，无益不 <lb n="0003b10" ed="T"/>问。诸<persName>佛</persName>常法：有五百金刚神侍卫左右，若<persName>佛</persName> <lb n="0003b11" ed="T"/>问三<anchor xml:id="beg_5" type="star"/>反<anchor xml:id="end_5"/>，不以实答，头破七分。<persName>佛</persName>问比丘：“欲 ed="T"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0003034" n="0003034"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_foreign_0003034" n="0003034"/>猕猴群住彼左右。时一比丘念雌猕猴，以食 <lb n="0003c08" ed="T"/>诱之遂共行欲。後众多比丘案行卧具到其 <lb n="0003c09" ed="T"/>住处，时彼比丘入城乞食，雌猕猴来现婬欲 <lb n="0003c10" ed="T"/>相。诸比丘共作是语：“观此猕猴必当有故，共 <lb n="0003c11" ed="T"/>伺察之，其状必现。”先住比丘须臾来还，猕猴 <lb n="0003c12" ed="T"/>即<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0003035" n="0003035"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_mod_0003035" n="0003035"/><anchor xml:id="beg0003035" n="0003035"/>往<anchor xml:id="end0003035"/>现受欲相，时彼比丘便共行欲。诸比丘 <lb n="0003c13" ed="T"/>见，语言：“汝不闻<persName>佛</persName>结戒，比丘行婬得波罗夷 <lb n="0003c14" ed="T"/>耶？”答言：“<persName>佛</persName>制人女，不制畜牲。”诸比丘言：“人女， <lb n="0003c15" ed="T"/>畜牲，有何等异？<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0003036" <lb n="0004a13" ed="T"/>外道仪法、白衣仪法；行杀、盗、婬种种恶事。彼 <lb n="0004a14" ed="T"/>诸居士不信乐<persName>佛</persName>法者，诃责言：“云何沙门释 <lb n="0004a15" ed="T"/>子作如此恶？”处处咸言：“孙陀罗比丘亦受五 <lb n="0004a16" ed="T"/>欲乐，此等比丘无沙门行，无婆罗门行；不受 <lb n="0004a17" ed="T"/>沙门法，不受婆罗门法。此等比丘所不遊处， <lb n="0004a18" ed="T"/>皆得善利！”恶声流佈遍闻天<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0004007" n="0004007"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_mod_0004007" n="0004007"/><anchor xml:id="beg0004007" n="0004007"/>下<anchor xml:id="end0004007"/>。</p><p xml:id="pT22p0004a1813" cb:place="inline">时孙陀罗还 <lb n="0004a19" ed="T"/>至众中，作是言：“与我出家受戒。”诸比丘言：“须 <lb n="0004a20" ed="T"/>白<persName>世尊</persName>。”即以白<persName>佛</persName>。<persName>佛</persName>以是事集比丘僧，告诸 <lb n="0004a21" ed="T"/>比丘：“孙陀罗非比丘，若已受戒，应<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0004008" n="0004008"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_mod_0004008" n="0004008"/><anchor xml:id="beg0004008" n="0004008"/>白四羯磨<anchor xml:id="end0004008"/> <lb n="0004a22" ed="T"/>作灭摈。”</p><p xml:id="pT22p0004a2204" cb:place="inline">若上座、若上座等，知法律者，应如是 <lb n="0004a23" ed="T"/>白：“大德僧听！孙陀罗比丘戒羸不捨，行婬法。 <lb n="0004a24" ed="T"/>今僧与孙陀罗比丘作灭摈。若僧时到僧忍 <lb n="0004a25" ed="T"/>听。白如是。”</p><p xml:id="pT22p0004a2505" cb:place="inline">“大德僧听！孙陀罗比丘戒羸不捨， <lb n="0004a26" ed="T"/>行婬法。今僧与孙陀罗比丘作灭摈。谁诸长 <lb n="0004a27" ed="T"/>老忍，默然；不忍者，说。”第二、第三亦如是。</p><p xml:id="pT22p0004a2716" cb:place="inline">“僧与 <lb n="0004a28" ed="T"/>孙陀罗比丘作灭摈竟；僧忍，默然故。是事如 <lb n="0004a29" ed="T"/>是持。”</p><p xml:id="pT22p0004a2903" cb:place="inline"><persName>佛</persName>告比丘：“若比丘言行白衣仪法、外道 <pb n="0004b" ed="T" xml:id="T22.1421.0004b"/> <lb n="0004b01" ed="T"/>仪法，不名捨戒；若口言我捨戒，名为捨戒。从 <lb n="0004b02" ed="T"/>今是戒应如是说：</p><p xml:id="pT22p0004b0208" cb:place="inline">“‘若比丘，共诸比丘同学戒 <lb n="0004b03" ed="T"/>法，戒羸不捨行婬法，乃至共畜牲，是比丘得 <lb n="0004b04" ed="T"/>波罗夷，不共住。’”</p> <lb n="0004b05" ed="T"/><p xml:id="pT22p0004b0501">比丘者：乞比丘、持壞色割截衣比丘、破恶比 <lb n="0004b06" ed="T"/>丘、实比丘、坚固比丘、见过比丘、一语受戒比 <lb n="0004b07" ed="T"/>丘、二语受戒比丘、三语受戒比丘、善来受戒 <lb n="0004b08" ed="T"/>比丘、如法白四羯磨受戒比丘，是名比丘。</p><p xml:id="pT22p0004b0817" cb:place="inline">同 <lb n="0004b09" ed="T"/>学者：如<persName>佛</persName>所说：“尽形寿不犯，同学是学。”是名 <lb n="0004b10" ed="T"/>同学。</p><p ed="T"/>独想，不独、独想捨戒；中国语向边地人，边地语 <lb n="0004b18" ed="T"/>向中国人捨戒；戏笑捨戒，不定语捨戒，嗔心 <lb n="0004b19" ed="T"/>捨戒，强逼捨戒；不应向捨戒，而向捨戒，皆不 <lb n="0004b20" ed="T"/>名捨戒；不发言捨戒，不名捨戒，是名<anchor n="0004c13" ed="T"/>“我今欲捨<persName>佛</persName>法僧，乃至捨同梵行人。”即作是 <lb n="0004c14" ed="T"/>言：“我今捨<persName>佛</persName>，何用<persName>佛</persName>为？<persName>佛</persName>有何義？我今于<persName>佛</persName> <lb n="0004c15" ed="T"/>得脱，乃至脱同梵行人。”复作是言：“作非沙门 <lb n="0004c16" ed="T"/>释子畜，我作如是谤<persName>佛</persName>法僧，乃至谤同梵行 <lb n="0004c17" ed="T"/>人。”作如是等心念口言，向人说，是名戒羸亦 <lb n="0004c18" ed="T"/>捨戒。</p><p n="0004c25" ed="T"/>等羯磨、不等羯磨、不馀羯磨；不与比丘共一说 <lb n="0004c26" ed="T"/>戒、等说戒、不等说戒、不馀说戒，是名不共住。</p> <lb n="0004c27" ed="T"/><p xml:id="pT22p0004c2701">诸<persName>佛</persName><persName>世尊</persName>善<anchor xml:id="pT22p0005a0101">是中比丘，与三种众生行婬，犯波罗夷：人、非 <lb n="0005a02" ed="T"/>人、畜牲。比丘与三种女行婬，犯波罗夷：人女、 <lb n="0005a03" ed="T"/>非人女、畜牲女；与三种男：人男、非人男、畜牲 <lb n="0005a04" ed="T"/>男；三种黄门：人黄门、非人黄门、畜牲黄门； <lb n="0005a05" ed="T"/>三种无根：人无根、非人无根、畜牲无根；三种 <lb n="0005a06" ed="T"/>二根：人二根、非人二根、畜牲二根行婬亦如 <lb n="0005a07" ed="T"/>是。</p><p xml:id="pT22p0005a0702" cb:place="inline">比丘与人女、非人女、畜牲女三处行婬：大、 <lb n="0005a08" xml:id="end0005012"/>画，色赤严好。问阿难言：“彼是何屋？”阿 <lb n="0005b10" ed="T"/>难白<persName>佛</persName>：“是达腻伽身力所作。”<persName>佛</persName>告阿难：“是达 <lb n="0005b11" ed="T"/>尼迦所作非法！云何出家为此恶业，残害物 <lb n="0005b12" ed="T"/>命，而无哀愍？我先种种说慈忍法，如何比丘 <lb n="0005b13" ed="T"/>无此慈心？”<persName>世尊</persName>如是种种诃已，告诸比丘：“汝 <lb n="0005b14" ed="T"/>等往彼，破其所作。”比丘受教，即往屋所。时达 <lb n="0005b15" ed="T"/>尼迦从屋内出，问诸比丘：“我不相犯，何为群 <lb n="0005b16" ed="T"/>黨欲破我屋？”诸比丘言：“奉<persName>世尊</persName>敕，非我等心。” <lb n="0005b17" ed="T"/>达腻伽言：“法王所壞，我复何言！”诸比丘即共 <lb n="0005b18" ed="T"/>破之，将达腻伽还至<persName>佛</persName>所，以事白<persName>佛</persName>。<persName>佛</persName>以是 <lb n="0005b19" ed="T"/>事集比丘僧，问达腻伽：“汝实作不？”答言：“实作。 <lb n="0005b20" n="0005b27" ed="T"/>言：“我于材木不得自由。”问言：“由谁？”答言：“由 <lb n="0005b28" ed="T"/>王。”达腻伽言：“王已与我。”典材令言：“若王已相 <lb n="0005b29" ed="T"/>与，随意取之。”达腻伽便取城防大材，断截持 <pb n="0005c" ed="T" xml:id="T22.1421.0005c"/> <lb n="0005c12" ed="T"/>王教使与。”王便敕呼。时达腻伽已在门外，王 <lb n="0005c13" ed="T"/>敕令前，即前见王。王问言：“我以何时与比丘 <lb n="0005c14" ed="T"/>材？”达腻伽言：“王岂不忆，初登位时以一切境 <lb n="0005c15" ed="T"/>内草、木及水施沙门、婆罗门耶？”王言：“我本所 <lb n="0005c16" ed="T"/>施，不及有主。怪哉！比丘乃作此方便而取人 <lb n="0005c17" ed="T"/>物。”复语言：“我是灌顶王，如何当囚、杀沙门？ <lb n="0005c18" ed="T"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0005018" n="0005018"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_mod_0005018" ed="T"/>诃责而便放遣？如此得脱，谁不为盗？”又讥诃 <lb n="0005c21" ed="T"/>言：“沙门释子亲受王供，而盗王材；况复我等， <lb n="0005c22" ed="T"/>当得无畏。沙门释子常赞歎不盗，教人佈施。 <lb n="0005c23" ed="T"/>如何于今躬行贼法？此等无沙门行，破沙门 <lb n="0005c24" ed="T"/>法！”如此恶声辗转流佈。国中不信乐<persName>佛</persName>法长 <lb n="0005c25" ed="T"/>者、居士、婆罗门等，遥见沙门辄种种骂。诸比 <lb n="0005c26" ed="T"/>丘闻，更相问言：“谁盗王材，致是恶声？”达腻伽 <lb n="0005c27" ed="T"/>言：“是我所作。”时诸比丘种种诃责：“汝所作非 <lb xml:id="pT22p0006a1904" cb:place="inline">若城堑、若篱栅周迴围绕三由旬乃 <lb n="0006a20" ed="T"/>至一屋，是名聚落。</p><p xml:id="pT22p0006a2008" cb:place="inline">聚落外，除聚落所行处， <lb n="0006a21" ed="T"/>是名空地。聚落外尽一箭道，有惭愧人所便 <lb
